Same here. Call the Galaxus telephone hotline. They will help you very quickly and in a friendly manner. A replacement order was placed for me. Unfortunately, the goods won't arrive until January.

Yes, the 100-day trial period with free returns also applies to orders placed via Galaxus. In this case, simply contact Galaxus customer service or Emma customer service directly so that the return can be initiated.

Only 19 people have rated the product at Galaxus. With such a low number, a negative rating understandably carries weight quickly. The product has a good price-performance ratio, but like many products, it is subject to a subjective evaluation. I recommend reading the negative reviews carefully. Many of the reviews are not very objective and the product is usually rated purely subjectively.

The 100-day trial sleep can be registered as a warranty claim with Galaxus after the 14-day right of return has expired. Of course, you can use the pillow normally, even without the foil. If you have any questions or would like to return the pillow, simply contact Galaxus customer service.
