I ordered the product on 23.11.20 and have not received anything yet. I have not received a reply from customer service (Emma Sleep). The status with DPD is since 23.11 order data transmitted, since then nothing has happened.

Same here. Call the Galaxus telephone hotline. They will help you very quickly and in a friendly manner. A replacement order was placed for me. Unfortunately, the goods won't arrive until January.
