Does the 100-day return period apply if I don't like it when I order from Galaxus? I would like to try the Emma pillow because I have trouble finding a pillow that fits (I often suffer from neck pain).

Yes, the 100-day trial period with free returns also applies to orders placed via Galaxus. In this case, simply contact Galaxus customer service or Emma customer service directly so that the return can be initiated.
