The TP-Link is supplied with a normal 2-pin plug power supply unit. This also works in a German Schuko socket.
I've already plugged 3 devices into the 3 right hand ports which are 5V/1.5A (phone, camera for battery charging, and USB sound card) and had no problem. (1.5 x 5 ) x 3 = 22.5W, it's simultaneous. I think it's only powered via the PC, in my case, the TP-link is connected to the docking station. I don't know if I'm helping you much with this information but it's my experience.
Do you have the model with the 2 charging ports? Have you also connected the hub on your device to a charging port?

Yes this works, it is a normal USB 3.0 Hub and the WD Elements hard drive can be connected with USB.
Counter question: I assume you have Windows 10. Have you ever tried to use several Bluetooth dongles at the same time and did it work?

Unfortunately, I could not find any compatibility information for this hub. Please note, however, that this hub with USB 3 Gen 1 limits the speed to 5 Gbit/s, while the USB ports on the back of the PS5 support SuperSpeed up to 10 Gbit/s.

Yes, on 4 ports "normal" USB charging power, on the 3 right ones you have up to 1.5 A, so it's very fast.
Ciao Stefano, this USB hub will not help you in any case. It only supports the normal square USB plug and also square USB sockets. No USB-C support. Greetings

According to our research, the hub presented on the manufacturer's website is a new version of the latter.
The hub sold below unfortunately has a power socket on the side and not on the back.
The cable is approx. 40 cm. However, you can replace it with another, longer cable.
For me, the ports are dead when the Mac is switched off. The PowerButton still lights up and can be switched off.

The included USB 3 cable is 100 cm long. If it is too short, simply use another USB 3 cable.
