Question about TP-Link Uh700

What is the power output of each port individually, and in total? The manual only says 5V/1.5A for 3 of the ports, and an external power supply of 12V/2A (24W total so?) I assume you can draw 1.5A from all 3 ports simultaneously since it's less than 24W, but the manual doesn't clearly state that. What is the output power of the other 4 ports? There is only 0.3A left to distribute from the external power supply if the other 3 ports draw 1.5A. Or are the other 4 ports only powered from the host PC? I am trying to determine if I can still power webcams from the 4 "normal" ports if the 3 charging ports are already occupied.

I've already plugged 3 devices into the 3 right hand ports which are 5V/1.5A (phone, camera for battery charging, and USB sound card) and had no problem. (1.5 x 5 ) x 3 = 22.5W, it's simultaneous. I think it's only powered via the PC, in my case, the TP-link is connected to the docking station. I don't know if I'm helping you much with this information but it's my experience.
