I ordered it but the cable is too short does anyone know what cable it is and where I can get it

BTW, my cable to the TP Link Hub is almost 1.10 metres long. I have experienced many very shorter ones, e.g. from IcyBox or others (I have a Trust-HUB in front of me with a cable length of 9 cm ...). It's nonsense to sell something like that.
The cable is basically a similar USB3 cable - with the exception of the one (wave-shaped) connector that Western Digital also uses for the ext USB discs. You are guaranteed to find a suitable cable in the category "USB cables".
However, I don't know the maximum length of USB3 cables by heart - for technical reasons they cannot be infinitely long.

Too bad you ordered it. I have one too. It looks nice and the tech specs are okay.
In reality, however, I only had problems with the TP-Link hub and have thrown it into the corner until I have time to try it out. I'm using the old but proven Icy Box hubs again.
