You only have 2 settings for the strength. If it has fresh dirt on it, it would be possible. But it's more for gardening than anything else. I'd buy something where you can adjust the strength variations, just like with a shower head,
The pressure is determined by your tap and the end piece (sprayer). It has nothing to do with the hose.
