The Sveltus yoga mat is a flexible mat, ideal for yoga exercises. It features a non-slip surface for added comfort. The mat is equipped with two steel eyelets spaced 50 cm apart. It should be used without shoes. This mat is not recommended for intense workouts, but rather for Pilates, yoga, and soft gym exercises.
