The Sveltus yoga mat is a flexible mat, ideal for yoga exercises. It has a non-slip surface for greater comfort. The Sveltus yoga mat is equipped with two steel eyelets at a distance of 50 cm. Use without shoes. This mat is not recommended for intense exercise, but rather for Pilates, yoga and soft gym exercises.
