The vibrant colors are matte, opaque, lightfast, water-based (Neon: semi-opaque, conditionally lightfast) and suitable for nearly all surfaces. Intense, bold works are created with the fluorescent neon colors that glow in daylight and under UV light. Particularly elegant designs are achieved with the matte metallic shimmering metallic colors. All colors are water-soluble, mixable, and blendable when wet. Once dry, the colors are waterproof and can be painted over.
