Intense, striking works are created with the fluorescent neon colors that glow in daylight and under UV light. Particularly elegant designs are achieved with the matte metallic shimmering metallic colors. All colors can be watercolored, mixed, and blended while wet. Once dry, the colors are waterproof and can be painted over.
