Question about Mi 10T Lite - 331539

I have ordered 2 smartphones (Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite). With both smartphones with different sim cards from Swisscom, the mobile internet does not work! Only WLAN and telephony work. So far, Swisscom has not been able to help us either. Can you tell me what the problem is? Nowhere in your description does it say that this phone does not work in Switzerland.

Had the same problem. Simply set the "Authentication type" in the APN settings to PAP (can be set back to "None" later) and then it works! I also had to figure it out first and don't know the reason ...

I also solved it this way with the tip apn on pap

5g works but now I always have problems making calls, connection is established but nothing works!

Also sometimes with incoming calls I see it ringing, but when I answer it nothing!

After restarting the phone it works again for a few times and then the same again 😕

Does anyone have this too? or know what to do?

Unfortunately, I have exactly the same problem :-( I have already been to a Mobilezone shop, but unfortunately without success. They think it's because of the APN settings. I have set them manually according to Swisscom's instructions, but the internet still doesn't work... Could it be the sim card itself?
