The fact that you have problems with demand and delivery dates shortly after the products come out is somehow understandable (although with a little experience you can be better prepared). But that at the end of December/beginning of January you still know exactly the same little and the customer repeatedly gets a "dispatch expected tomorrow" ... "haha, no, not yet; in 2-3 weeks" ... "haha, fell in! We don't know anything!" ... And the fact that a date is then given on the product page, while my order says that no details can be given is simply hilarious. Who is your supplier and what is going wrong?
