I have exactly this problem. The left headphone became quieter and quieter. This problem is very common if you look around a bit on the internet. But a friend of mine also bought the IconX and now has exactly the same problem as me. I have also often read that this problem occurs again with the exchanged headphones. The headphones are fine as long as they work, but I would consider an alternative, e.g. from Bose, as this is a defect that is extremely widespread and Samsung does not react to it. The infrared sensors that register whether the device is in the ear also tend to go haywire, another minor criticism.
I guess new ones will be introduced on Wednesday!
Unfortunately, the product is only available in black at Digitec.

The headphones are a bit big, but I think they should fit. These headphones come with smaller earpieces that you can attach to your ears. And I think they are comfortable too!

So if they are not on display in the showroom, logically you can't test them either. Only products that are marked "Showroom" on the product page can be tried out in the various branches.

Yes, the headphones can be paired with any Bluetooth-enabled player. To do this, leave them in the closed charging box on the back of which there is a button that you have to press for three seconds until the LED flashes in three colours. Now the connection mode is active and the headphones appear on the player for pairing. I have already paired them with my Philips TV and it was really easy. Do you use an Android smartwatch? Then that's the reason. That's always been the reason on my iPhone.
The headphones have touchpads, if you swipe up on them they will play the music louder and vice versa.
The headphones can also be used individually.
Of course it also works with apple. But if you have an iOS device, I would rather use the airpods because the connection is much faster.

I don't think so, as the two earplugs from the pack belong/coupled together.
Besides, I don't know who sells one without charging extra.
If your question refers to Digitec, then I can say no quite definitely.
Most unlikely, you could try the warranty.

Yes I also have the problem with strong sun the sound goes out or it beeps through gehent but I don't know how to solve that I would also be very interested because the Samsung Gräfs are really good but all the interruptions etc. are just annoying unfortunately.

The Gear IconX are not IP certified and, according to my information, are only splashproof.
Had the same problem and requested a replacement. Digitech then sent it to Samsung and they repaired it. Would do the same!

Sound-wise recommendable!
But miserable duration! One earpiece breaks after a short time!
I have the same problem. The sound is much quieter on the left handset. I have also reset it and checked all the settings. I will send it back.
