Question about Samsung Gear IconX (2018)

I have had these headphones for a week now. They have always run well. However, overnight when I fell asleep with the headphones on, they are now very quiet. I have already reset them several times to factory settings and connected them to other phones. It's definitely the headphones. Does anyone know what the problem is or how I should proceed?

I have the same problem. The sound is much quieter on the left handset. I have also reset it and checked all the settings. I will send it back.
