Question about Samsung Gear IconX (2018)
the left headphone is extremely quieter than the right one. the headphones are up to date, clean and balanced according to the smartphone. have also performed a soft reset. can anyone help?
Had the same problem and requested a replacement. Digitech then sent it to Samsung and they repaired it. Would do the same!
