That is quite possible, as this is an AMOLED screen.
However, only longer product tests will show this. Otherwise, use a dark GUI or reduce the screen brightness slightly to increase the "life" :)
Did you also select Swiss German, QWERZ style under physical keyboard? I had the same problem yesterday after the update, except that it affected me everywhere... then I went into the installation and selected the keyboard again. After that it had worked.
You do not need the tablet itself to register it with Samsung. Samsung is aware of the problem of availability and is extremely accommodating. The proof of purchase from Digitec is important for registration.
I made the purchase at the time of the PRE-ORDER, and received the Book Cover Keyboard as a gift. I believe this offer was made to stimulate demand - whether it has become a permanent offer I do not know.
I own the Tab s8 Ultra with the Book Cover Keyboard and have a small problem.
Under Languages, Language input and Physical keyboard, I have German (CH) everywhere. Everything fits as far as it goes.
However, when I start Samsung DEX, it mixes up all the special characters despite "German (CH)". For example, when I enter "Shift+1", an exclamation mark appears in the text input and when I want to make an exclamation mark, I get an asterisk instead. When I close DEX, I have my desired, "correct" keyboard layout again.
Can anyone help?
-> Only in DEX mode
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra supports several languages, including Polish. You can set the device's language to Polish once you have purchased and configured it.
- After switching the device on, you can access the settings and select 'Language and input' or 'Language and keyboard' to change the language to Polish.
- The device comes with support for multiple languages, so you should have no trouble finding and selecting Polish as the main language.
Be sure to check the available language settings during the initial configuration of the device or in the general settings of the Android operating system.
Hello, I would like to connect a normal mouse and keyboard to my Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra while connected to power to game via cloud gaming service (GeForce Now). Can someone please recommend a USB hub or something, I have 4 products in mind? Also open to other suggestions, thanks and LG.

Yes there is 12GB and after a few months of use (word processing, blogging, multitasking (video conferencing + gmail displayed at the same time) I have never encountered any latency. I find it better than my laptop. It's even possible to take your windows pc remotely for telecommuting. Really great. It can be connected to an external screen. It's even more practical with the 5g version. I've been using it for a while now, but I'm not sure I'd be able to use it for anything else.
hello
Yes, that's right, only a special charging cable is included. Unfortunately, the power supply unit is not. Samsung offers 3 different power supplies. There is the Samsung EP-TA845 USB-C fast charger (approx. 1.5 hours) with 45w. This really needs a special charging cable, otherwise it won't work. Luckily, one is included. Then there's the Samsung EP-TA800XB fast charger with 25w. Takes half an hour more to charge. Then there are the most common 15w. mains adapters. But I wouldn't recommend them because they reach the limit and get very warm. I bought the 25w. and 45w. versions. With the 45 w., the only thing that really works for me is the special charging cable that comes with it.
