Did you also select Swiss German, QWERZ style under physical keyboard? I had the same problem yesterday after the update, except that it affected me everywhere... then I went into the installation and selected the keyboard again. After that it had worked.

I got the keyboard yesterday and had the same problem... You have to set the language for "Samsung Keyboard Settings" to "German(CH)" in "General Administration".
The setting for the physical keyboard must be set to "Swiss German, QWERTZ style".
