Hello, Unfortunately, we don't have the answer for this case specifically related to Sunrise equipment. We advise you to contact the operator, who will probably be able to help you based on their experience with their customers and the Connect Box.

Unfortunately, these cannot be ordered individually as they are not (any longer) available. At the moment, we do not have any suitable additional satellites on offer because your system does not support WiFi 6.

Yes, that is possible. You can operate the device in access point mode and then connect other devices to increase the coverage.

The idea is that all Orbi Home devices are compatible. The best coverage is achieved with RBR50 and the RBS50 satellites. Any other satellite can synchronise with the existing system and extend the coverage. It is possible to install up to 3 satellites in one system.

Hi Adrian, I'm not sure how you connected your devices to the Wi-Fi. In my experience, you have to let the devices dial in to the 2.4GHz and then it works. At least that's how it worked with my TV. I hope I was able to help you. LG

Orbi RBK50 works independently of power circuits, communicates - if I have understood it correctly - via a third frequency. I have similar conditions, but needed a 2nd satellite (master on the ground floor, one satellite on each floor) to get satisfactory results. We still have copper wires. Performance at the router: approx. 20 Mbps, WLAN performance in the house: approx. 10 Mbps.

You have to set the router to bridge mode. This should actually work with modern routers, the Orbi system is then more or less the continuation of the router. The nice thing about this is that the coverage also works in complicated buildings and Powerline etc. can usually be dispensed with. The entrance router should be in a reasonably central location (in my case it's on the lowest floor and the WLAN network is good enough even on the third floor).

I have no experience with the Sunrise TV Box, but everything works fine with the rest. That is, I have connected the TV to a repeater and the streaming works perfectly. The only downer is the connection failure. I can't say whether this problem comes from the router or the Orbi. There are times when I have no internet connection and have to cold-start the router. As soon as this is done, everything works perfectly.

The set consists of a router and a satellite. The router must be connected to the modem via LAN. The satellite does not have to be connected via LAN. It connects automatically to the router (via WLAN).
