In general, you have a slightly better performance with 4x instead of 2x (not much, 1-3 FPS more), because the full potential is used (four memory banks). So I would (if the price is similar, I don't know exactly now) rather take the 4x8 GB.
Yes, in my opinion it should work in principle, but it is not ideal. In exceptional cases, it could also go completely wrong. If possible, I would use the same RAMs. By the way, the bars are really good - they deliver what they promise. I wrote above that the RAMs in my board (Asrock B550M Steel Legend) don't quite manage 3600. With a new firmware of the motherboard, 3600 is now also possible with the specified XMP profile.
Hello
Although it is not on the list of compatible motherboards, I would cautiously say yes, as quite a few b450 models with AMD are compatible with the Vengance Pro RGB.
I have a MSI Intel Z390 Gaming Pro with 4 x 32GB and it runs great.
However... it is possible that they run under your mainboard but the XMP profile can not be activated or similar.
I hope this was able to help you.
The speed of the Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 2 x 16GB DDR4 RAM kit is 3200 MHz with a CAS latency of 16 and a voltage of 1.35 V. The «0 MHz» shown is likely a placeholder or error; the actual tested speed is 3200 MT/s, which corresponds to 3200 MHz effective frequency, supported by XMP 2.0 profiles for easy configuration in BIOS. This is consistent with Corsair's specifications for this series of memory modules.
In this case, we will refer you to our Galaxus Assistant, which provides direct contact options so that you can be helped accordingly.

Hi, the extra 32 GB doesn't help much in my opinion. In any case, a new graphics card brings a lot and the jump from 3060 to 3060ti or better 4070ti is huge
Have you looked in the manual of the mainboard to see which two slots are to be used for only two RAM bars? Normally, these are slots 2 and 4, counting from the CPU socket.
And do you have your monitor connected to the mainboard or to the graphics card? Does the monitor have power and is it switched on?
It will probably fit, but it won't be necessary for Minecraft, Fortnite and the like. I built a PC for my daughter in March 2022 with this 16 GB RAM for around CHF 800, whereby the graphics card was really the lowest category, but it was enough. So if you are confident enough to assemble one, at 1100 CHF you have a better computer than the Captiva.
No, that is actually correct, Corsair grants a lifetime warranty on RAM, which in America corresponds to 25 to 50 years depending on the product. Unfortunately, Corsair itself does not define this in more detail and it would be too much effort for me to research this in more detail.

The only unusual thing is that the reseller grants the warranty.
Hello,
I have a question about the Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro DDR4 3200. I ordered the 2x16GB set here. The delivered product is the code CMW32GX4M2E3200C16. Note the E for "Model Revision". Now I checked the Corsair website myself (https://www.corsair.com/us/en/explorer/diy-builder/memory/how-to-decode-your-corsair-memory/), but unfortunately this number is not listed for DDR4, there are only A, B, C, D and Z. Since my configuration is unfortunately not working (MSI B550-A Pro motherboard, AMD RYZEN 5 5600X 4.60GHZ, simply black screen, motherboard shows CPU error in the LEDs), I want to make sure that these RAM modules are not a problem (even if the motherboard says it's a CPU error). Since the different model revisions also require different volts, I don't know if that is contributing to the problem.
I've also read in various forums that I might need to update the bios, but unfortunately I can't even get that far.
I bought the Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro (4 x 16GB, 3200 MHz, DDR4-RAM, DIMM) today. When installing it, I noticed that the CPU cooler is too big and I can't insert all 4 bars at the same time.
Therefore, I tried with only 2 bars for the time being and will buy a new cooler so that all 4 bars will fit.
The PC starts, the fans run and the lights are all on, but the screens don't react.
Does anyone know why this is?
The mainboard is an ASUS Prime Z390-A (https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/asus-prime-z390-a-lga-1151-z390-atx-mainboard-9854220).
According to the specifications of the mainboard, a maximum of 64 GB RAM with DDR4 RAM and a memory speed of 3200 MHz should be possible.
