I currently have the same ones with the same clock rate and GB installed in my PC and would now like to change to 4 instead of 2, is that possible without a problem? Do I have to pay attention to anything or just use them?

Just insert it, but it may be that the memory controller of the cpu has more trouble with 4 sticks or the mainboard has more trouble with it. Just try it. You can always clock the ram down a bit if it doesn't run stable.

I did exactly as you described, in this computer: MIFCOM Tempest RX5700XT (AMD Ryzen 7 3700X, 16GB, 1000GB, SSD) There were/are absolutely no problems, insert, start and everything runs.
