I, or rather Swisscom Support, was able to give me the solution myself. Under Settings -> System --> Reset options --> Reset WLAN, mobile data, Bluetooth helps. You lose all paired devices and WLANs, but it helps.
At the time of writing, we only offer this model as new and do not offer refurbished units. :)
