I realised today - unfortunately only after placing my order - that Planzer will deliver my order, even though I don't actually want any more parcels delivered by Planzer. It's just a hassle every single time. I had set my default delivery service to CH-Post months (or years?) ago. Apparently this setting option has been removed and you now have to select it again individually for each order ...? If I had known this beforehand, I would have done the same. Now the order is already out and I can see that Planzer will deliver :-/ I would be really surprised if it goes through without any hickups this time ... Let's see.

Hello, I ordered a new TV on Tuesday afternoon and it was supposed to be delivered the next day by Planzer, at least that's what they promised. Later that afternoon on Wednesday, Planzer left another parcel from a different supplier on my doorstep without making itself known in any way, someone was definitely at home at the time. On Wednesday evening 21 September I receive an email from Planzer saying "Your parcel could not be delivered" and no further information. In response to my enquiry on Thursday, I receive "4 December 2025, 15:24 Renewed delivery triggered" Expected delivery 5.12. It is now Friday 5 December at 4.35 pm and there is still no parcel in sight. However, shortly before midday today a Planzer delivery van was on the road in our neighbourhood but didn't stop at our house and didn't deliver anything. I'm beginning to think it's more likely to be Christchind than a delivery today. Are these problems normal?

Dear Community I would like to start a discussion after another frustration with Planzer. Unfortunately, I've already had many times that Planzer parcels could not be delivered on the intended day and I felt lost on the phone with customer service. I assume that some orders have also experienced this... If I could choose, I would always prefer Post, but with my last order I had no such option. Was that my fault and I overlooked it, or did I have no choice at all? What are your experiences? Planzer Paket has a 1.9 rating on Google. Many customers are not so happy... A lot of them, actually. What is Galaxus' view on this extremely poor customer rating? Unhappy customers are also bad for Galaxus, aren't they? Best wishes to all Manuel

Today I was told that Galaxus would deliver between 7:00 and 17:00 by Post Cargo and planned my day accordingly. Of course, the delivery never arrived and there are no meaningful delivery updates either. It seems that Galaxus / Digitec expects customers to simply take time off work as a precaution until the logistics partner has the time and inclination. I find that unacceptable. Bulky goods deliveries must be reliable, especially when a whole day is blocked anyway. It is now the umpteenth time on different channels that deliveries have been messed up (same day delivery has not worked, "normal" deliveries like to take 2-3 days, Marketplace like to take weeks or not at all; bulky goods on a whim). I estimate that things have not been going well for about 2 years. In the meantime, I no longer feel like ordering from you at all, even though I've been a customer for umpteen years.

Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable. Hello everyone, I received an e-mail today alleging that I had not put the watch in the parcel and sent photos as proof. You could see the packaging with the protective film of the watch, but without the watch. The cable and strap were included. I had wrapped the watch in the original film and put it back in the parcel. This makes it clear to me that it didn't fall out, but was removed and the foil ("quite inconspicuously") left in the package. This must have happened in the DHL-Galaxus inbound warehouse chain. Has anyone had similar experiences?
