The delivery date of my order has been delayed. Now the product is late for me. I am trying to cancel the order. How can I make sure, that I get my money back?
Hello together
I suggest to Digitec that for products shipped via Planzer Paket, an estimated delivery time of 1 - 7 days, or "sometime when it fits" is generally displayed instead of the usual "next day". This would improve communication considerably. It would be easier to decide and the expectations would be more in line with reality. Can something like this be implemented? What do you think?
Kind regards
Tobias
What are the opening hours of the chat support? In my experience, it is available rather sporadically. The chat is by far my favourite contact option :)
I have a standing desk where the tabletop is only 80cm deep. This means that the screen is almost too close for my taste. For this reason, I am looking for a monitor arm with which it is possible to position the screen further back than the desk top - I hope you understand what I mean. I would prefer to have a distance of 90cm instead of 80cm and ideally there should be two screens.
Anyone have a screen mount recommendation?
Thank you
Seeking Recommendations: Wi-Fi 7 AP + Multi-Gig Switch (2.5GbE/24-port)
Hello everyone, I’m planning a network upgrade and looking for a good combo of a Wi-Fi 7 access point with 6 GHz support and 4×4 radio configuration plus a 24-port switch with 2.5 GbE.
Hello everyone, I am looking for a dehumidifier that I can use in the car. Is there a decent model that can be operated via USB or cigarette lighter? I haven't found anything so far. It would be great if someone could give me a tip.
Why are the belts that serve as a drive listed under Steering / Accessories?
Why is the all-important feature of Gates CDX timing belts, "number of teeth" or, as in the case of chains, "links", not included in the title? Without this information, a search is impossible.
Hello,
I have a wingo router and behind it an opnsense firewall and I would like to have wifi on my lan I'm a bit lost with router, extera access point prove you can't help.
Do you also have problems with data connections abroad?
My 5 family members, all with different devices, report this problem again and again.
Also in different countries: Germany, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Austria...
The mobile phone is registered in the network, but rarely establishes a data connection.
For example:
Croatia, Huawei P Smart Plus only works on Telemach network, Samsung A40 only on Tmobile network.
Planzer is the worst delivery service of all!!! no deadline is kept, for many parcels so far. Not even a notification! I would gladly pay a surcharge if my parcels were never delivered by Planzer !!!!!
Looking for a 24×2.5GbE Switch for Wi-Fi 7 Deployment
Hi everyone, I’m looking for a 24-port all-2.5GbE switch to pair with Wi-Fi 7 access points. Ideally with 4×10GE (or 2×2.5GE) uplinks, rack-mountable, and low noise.
Hi
I am looking for an item that shows the water flow and temperature on an LCD display while showering. Unfortunately, mine from the Jumbo no longer works and I can't remember the name.
Hello, why is it no longer possible to choose the collection branch instead of home delivery when placing a digitec order? Thank you in advance for your feedback!
You ask a question to customer service and after a relatively short time you get a very polite answer from a customer advisor. If you want to reply to the answer by e-mail, perhaps to find out more details, you get a generated reply asking you to use the Digitec assistant and the whole procedure starts all over again.Sorry, but what kind of stupid system is this if you can't reply directly to the customer advisor by e-mail.I've never experienced anything like it anywhere else.
Large rucksack for 3x A4 folders (8cm) plus laptop 17
Hello everyone,
I need a rucksack for further training. It doesn't even have to have lots of compartments, but I need to be able to comfortably carry 3 full A4 folders with an 8cm spine, writing materials and a 17 inch Macbook. Does anyone have any recommendations?
The rice cooker from Xiaomi has often received excellent reviews and was also highly praised by Galaxus: https://www.galaxus.ch/de.......
However, it is neither available at Galaxus https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s2/product/xiaomi-mi-induction-heating-rice-cooker-dampfgarer-reiskocher-9877488
or anywhere else. What was the reason why it was removed from the shop? Low demand or pollution?
Hello,
Unfortunately, the monitor mentioned is supplied with a table clamp instead of a stand. This makes it impossible for me to position it properly. Is there a separate stand that could be used together with the monitor? Like something like this, for example: Desire2 Monitor Arm Desk Mount? But it has to fit together properly, I don't want an unstable DIY solution.
Does anyone here have any ideas?
Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions".
1. i did not provide any details
2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung
This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable.
Best regards, SF
For some time now, I have noticed that more and more electronic products are being supplied with a German plug (type F, Schuko) instead of the plug type used in Switzerland (type J), often without any labelling on the product. This practice is impractical and annoying from the customer's point of view in several respects:
Space problem with sockets: the German plug requires significantly more space and often blocks neighbouring sockets, especially with multiple sockets.
Need for an adapter: An additional adapter is required to be able to use the devices at all. These are often bulky and impair handling.
Time-consuming replacement process: In many cases, a separate complaint has to be registered in order to obtain a suitable adapter or a plug replacement. This is cumbersome and causes unnecessary expense.
As a Swiss customer, I expect products for the local market to be delivered with the right plug. I would therefore ask you to review your internal processes and supply chains and ensure that devices are supplied with a Swiss plug as standard or at least with a suitable, high-quality adapter.
Thank you for your attention and I hope to see a rapid improvement on this point.
Kind regards
Hello community,
I'm putting out an alert and I'd like to know if I'm the only one shocked by the quality of PCs from the Captiva and Avlano brands, which dominate Digitec.
A few figures to start with: these two brands account for 5,170 references, or more than 84% of the "PC Gaming" range! But what's even more absurd is that less than 0.5% of this massive catalogue is actually in stock for next-day delivery.
The real problem is that almost all of these machines, analysed at random, suffer from serious technical aberrations, designed to fool the unwary buyer. The pattern is always the same:
The RAM is systematically sabotaged: Very often we find a single-channel configuration, which halves the bandwidth and causes a performance loss of 15 to 25% in games. A 2479 CHF PC (Captiva R89-085) sold with "1 x 64GB DDR5 5200MHz" is a technical heresy.
The components are "No-Name": unbranded and uncertified power supplies (PSUs) and SSDs are installed, even on machines costing almost CHF 4,000 (Captiva R90-729). It's like playing Russian roulette with expensive hardware. Stability and security are sacrificed.
Platforms are often obsolete: In 2025, PCs costing over CHF 1,000 (Captiva R88-503) are being sold on a 2017 AM4 platform, with no possibility of upgrading.
My question is addressed directly to Digitec: how can your in-house expertise allow machines that are the antithesis of all good PC assembly practice to go by? It's a paradox that seriously damages your credibility.
My approach is not to accuse, but to alert. So I ask you: am I the only one shocked by this situation? Is it normal for a reference brand to allow its catalogue to be dominated by thousands of phantom and technically dubious configurations?
The debate is open.
To end on a constructive note, there is one obvious solution: Digitec should launch its own range of 'Digitec Certified' PCs. 5 to 10 configurations, not 5000. Machines designed by your experts, totally transparent, that the community would be proud to recommend. It would be a real vote of confidence.
