Hello together I suggest to Digitec that for products shipped via Planzer Paket, an estimated delivery time of 1 - 7 days, or "sometime when it fits" is generally displayed instead of the usual "next day". This would improve communication considerably. It would be easier to decide and the expectations would be more in line with reality. Can something like this be implemented? What do you think? I have a standing desk where the tabletop is only 80cm deep. This means that the screen is almost too close for my taste. For this reason, I am looking for a monitor arm with which it is possible to position the screen further back than the desk top - I hope you understand what I mean. Do you also have problems with data connections abroad? My 5 family members, all with different devices, report this problem again and again. If you want to reply to the answer by e-mail, perhaps to find out more details, you get a generated reply asking you to use the Digitec assistant and the whole procedure starts all over again.Sorry, but what kind of stupid system is this if you can't reply directly to the customer advisor by e-mail.I've never experienced anything like it anywhere else.

Hello, Unfortunately, the monitor mentioned is supplied with a table clamp instead of a stand. This makes it impossible for me to position it properly. Is there a separate stand that could be used together with the monitor? Like something like this, for example: Desire2 Monitor Arm Desk Mount?
