I have sold multiple items on Galaxus with no issue but it's just really annoying that some buyers either don't confirm receipt at all (so it happens automatically after their time runs out) or they themself wait until the last moment possible. This is just annoying as hell as i always ship the Products the same day as they made the purchase. At least Galaxus changed the Time the buyers get to confirm receipt from what was like a month to now "only" 7 days. Plase Galaxus, either give us the chance to also rate those buyers or change the time frame to max. 48 Hours... Sorry for the rant but this just pisses me off.

What does delayed delivery mean? The product was in stock and was described as being delivered the next day. Been waiting for a week. Even Amazon was quicker to receive after 3 days from DE. Also China was faster after 5days received.

In recent weeks, items have mostly been delivered later than stated. A current example: during the ordering process, items are listed as in stock and the delivery time is stated as the next day. Later, in the shipment tracking, it turns out that the delivery will not take place for another 6 days. One of the reasons why I ordered from Galaxus is the fast delivery. Please at least be honest and adjust your store so that realistic delivery times are displayed. That would be okay for me, but the way things are currently running is quite unprofessional.

Why can't I reach anyone at digitec/galaxus? I sent in a defective coffee capsule machine almost a month ago and I can no longer get any information from digitec/galaxus, let alone contact customer service. All online assistants are useless, everything used to be much better. Also about the move of the store in Winterthur, you didn't get any information that they have changed location, no, they prefer to leave people standing in front of an empty shop. Instead of wanting to expand abroad (Amazon Land) and spending billions there, they should think about a more sensible pricing policy and new, more accessible locations in Switzerland. For example, a location in Embrach, Bülach or Kloten.

Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable. Hello everyone, would it be possible to add a weight filter for PC cases? A slider with freely adjustable minimum and maximum weight would be ideal for this. This would allow users to specifically search for cases under 7 kg or between 10 and 15 kg, for example. I try to buy goods from Europe whenever possible, because people here also need an income to live. I've been a Digitec customer for years and have always been able to order on account. I have always paid my bills on time and since the last order I can no longer order on account. Customer service can't help me and says there's an algorithm behind it. ....... What kind of bad algorithm is that? When will there finally be an 'Turn off advanced search' button? At the moment, you are being bombarded with so many suggestions that it is almost impossible to focus on the product you are looking for. For example, when I search for record players, I am not looking for headphones and so on and so on... Thousands of items! Are you crazy? Please don't always write "Delivered tomorrow" for items without tracking if you can't keep to it. The cart says "Delivered tomorrow", the email says "Delivery in 1 to 3 days". Ordered yesterday, didn't receive the 3 items today.

Hello everyone, I'm starting to find it very uncool. Every time I want to log in here on the website I have to reset my password. I have just tested it and have done the game 5 times. After you have reset your password you are automatically logged in, which is not bad. But when you log out and log in again, the password is apparently no longer valid. I have tried it several times with the same result. Apparently this is not stored correctly in the database of the website can you please fix this thanks.

I have a small feature request that you can have your interns implement. A way to move products in the watchlist to another watchlist, e.g. by dragging and dropping. Since products are saved by default in the lowest or the currently expanded notepad, my notepads have become a mess and the only way to rearrange them is to delete items from the wrong notepad, open the correct list and note the product again. So far, no order from Digitec has ever arrived in my milk crate the next day as promised. I don't know what this has to do with, except that it probably has to do with my location (Chur). I ordered toners from Galaxus. These were supposedly delivered 2 days ago and have now gone back to the distribution centre because supposedly no one was there to receive them. Which was not true, there was someone there all day. Galaxus does not respond to emails. I can indicate in the order itself that it has not been delivered. In this case, I should contact the customer service centre. However, I am not told how to do this. As with many other shops, there is no contact email/phone number for customer service on the website. When I search for customer service or support, I am of course only offered new products. Can anyone help me with this? I would like to complete my very last Galaxus order here quickly

Hello everyone, would it be possible to add a filter for the maximum polling rate for mice? Especially for gaming mice, this has become a relevant purchasing criterion. The polling rate is already specified for the products. A corresponding filter would make searching for gaming mice with a high polling rate much easier, e.g., 1,000, 2,000, 4,000, or 8,000 Hz. A filter like 'at least 1,000 / 2,000 / 4,000 / 8,000 Hz' would therefore be very helpful to find suitable gaming mice faster. Thank you!

I received the wrong sizes in my last 2 deliveries. The label on one belt even says 95, but it is actually 115, and recently I was sent handlebar grips for my bike in size M 139mm instead of S 105mm. Both are, of course, unusable. Now I notice that Galaxus is charging me, the customer, CHF 7 for processing in each case, even though the error clearly lies with the supplier!! I am stunned and do not think this is right. I have been a long-standing and previously satisfied customer and wonder what is going on? Unfortunately, I cannot contact Galaxus either. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I have noticed several times now that the price development display does not show the actual prices of the past. For example, the new LG 39gx950b monitor was on sale for 1596.- the day before yesterday. Yesterday it was suddenly listed at Digitec for 2675.-. Today it's back to 1700.-. However, the absurd price peak is not shown in the current price development graph. Why? Isn't the purpose of this feature to make exactly such developments visible? As it is now, customers cannot rely on the information being correct, and thus the function is useless. @Digitec Is there any explanation from your side regarding this fake graphic?
