    Planzer delivery date not met

    I have three orders that are due to be delivered by Planzer. They were dispatched by Digitec on 29 June 2026, but nothing has arrived to date. Planzer’s track record on meeting delivery deadlines is abysmal. For the first order, it says delivery is due to take place on 1 July 2026. It’s now 2 July and it still says 1 July – the tracking information hasn’t even been updated. It’s just terrible.

    Planzer and the value of being a customer of an online shop

    If you type Planzer here in the forum, a lot of negative things come up. My most recent experience with Planzer is also not exactly optimal. Promised for Wednesday then Thursday morning, now I have sent a courier to the courier who is doing the job. (Package still in Pratteln in the warehouse, so much for being delivered tomorrow) This shouldn't happen. Worse still, online shops like Galaxus know about it!! Are their customers so worthless to them that they still work with Planzer? I feel screwed here, not only by Planzer, but also by Galaxus who knowingly promotes this... I will avoid any shop that delivers with Planzer, but I will also make this public, the only thing I can do in this case...

    Planzer "Your consignment could not be delivered" - delivery option not available?

    Dear Community I would like to start a discussion after another frustration with Planzer. Unfortunately, I've already had many times that Planzer parcels could not be delivered on the intended day and I felt lost on the phone with customer service. I assume that some orders have also experienced this... If I could choose, I would always prefer Post, but with my last order I had no such option. Was that my fault and I overlooked it, or did I have no choice at all? What are your experiences? Planzer Paket has a 1.9 rating on Google. Many customers are not so happy... A lot of them, actually. What is Galaxus' view on this extremely poor customer rating? Unhappy customers are also bad for Galaxus, aren't they? Best wishes to all Manuel

    Home cinema projectors

    I’m planning a home cinema setup, but I’ve deliberately decided not to buy a screen; instead, I want to project directly onto a white, smooth-plastered wall. I’ll be using it roughly equally for watching films (4K) and gaming on the PS5 (currently the standard model, possibly the Pro later on), so it’s important that it supports 4K at 60fps, and low input lag would be a bonus. Budget isn’t a priority for now; I’m mainly looking for good value for money, not a high-end home cinema system costing 15k. Does anyone have any tips or experience with this? Thanks!

    Packages with Planzer a disaster

    Hey Digitec hey guys. I have a big request or rather question. Why does Digitec/Galaxus use Planzer Paketdienst? (I realise the price) But out of 10 consignments, maybe one arrives on time. Planzer has a rating of 1-max 2 stars on Google and Trustpilot. I'd rather pay 4-10 FR more if I know it's delivered by a good company. I've only had trouble with Planzer over the last few years.     Customer service

    I ordered toners from Galaxus. These were supposedly delivered 2 days ago and have now gone back to the distribution centre because supposedly no one was there to receive them. Which was not true, there was someone there all day. Galaxus does not respond to emails. I can indicate in the order itself that it has not been delivered. In this case, I should contact the customer service centre. However, I am not told how to do this. As with many other shops, there is no contact email/phone number for customer service on the website. When I search for customer service or support, I am of course only offered new products. Can anyone help me with this? I would like to complete my very last Galaxus order here quickly

    In-stock items / Slow delivery

    I’ll never put up with such slow delivery again! All the products were in stock except for one. If they’re going to order from an external supplier and the product isn’t actually available there, they really ought to let the customer know, rather than leaving them waiting without any information. Delivery was scheduled for between 24 and 27 June 2026. I cancelled the missing item. And, of course, now another item that was in stock is missing again! I had ordered it, after all. So it should have been reserved for my delivery. That’s the level of customer service I expect!

    Hello everyone, from today (21 May 2026) you can pre-order the new LG 39GX950B OLED monitor in Germany (!) (delivery from mid-June 2026). With 200€ discount for a total of about 1600€. AND, what does it look like for SWITZERLAND? Unfortunately, it's (once again) like living on another planet. Can DIGITEC do something about this? Please offer soon. I've been waiting over 1.5 years for a suitable monitor since the LG 45 inch OLED bendable monitor never went on sale.

    Delivery delayed

    What does delayed delivery mean? The product was in stock and was described as being delivered the next day. Been waiting for a week. Even Amazon was quicker to receive after 3 days from DE. Also China was faster after 5days received.

    Pairing two audio devices via Bluetooth at the same time, Android

    Hello everyone. I wear state-of-the-art Bluetooth hearing aids and own Sony WF-1000 XM5 in-ear headphones. Unfortunately, my Xiaomi 14T only allows me to pair one device at a time, which means I always have to disconnect and remove one of the devices after use. Can anyone recommend a USB-C splitter that would allow me to pair both devices and switch between them in the Bluetooth settings depending on which one I’m using? That would be extremely helpful.     Printer ordered... no printer and no reply from Digitec

    192480628 on 19 June 2026: Ordered a printer with delivery on Saturday 27 June. They kept saying the printer would be with them on Saturday. Even today, it still says delivery on the 27th, but it also says: ‘0 of 1 dispatched’. I’ve been trying to get hold of the seller; after countless enquiries, the replies just fizzled out… AliExpress is quicker than this, isn’t it? Of the original 10 printers, only two are still available today… I never would have expected this… this service 🤪

    The delivery address logic in the Galaxus shop is completely baffling

    I would like to make it absolutely clear once again that I find the current delivery address system in the Galaxus shop completely baffling. From a customer’s perspective, I seriously wonder why it seems to be such a monumental task for the IT department of a company like Galaxus to allow customers to select and permanently set a unique default delivery address. I once arranged for a delivery to be sent to an alternative address. However, this should not mean that this address is reused for subsequent orders or preselected in such a way that the order ends up being delivered there. An alternative address used just once is not a default address. From an online shop of this size, I expect a clear distinction between: my default delivery address alternative delivery addresses used only once delivery addresses deliberately selected during the ordering process The fact that this distinction apparently does not work properly or is not presented clearly enough to the customer is, in my view, a serious shortcoming in user guidance and technical implementation. It is unacceptable that, as a customer, I have to check with every order whether the system has dug up some old, unrelated address. A default address must be clearly definable, and any deviation from it must be clearly and visibly confirmed. Please forward this feedback to the relevant IT and UX departments. The current implementation is customer-unfriendly, prone to errors and, for a retailer of this size, simply disappointing. Kind regards

    Table Fan Price Comparison

    Given the recent heatwave, I’ve been looking for a good fan for the bedroom. After doing some research, the Mycarbon table fan (bamboo-effect) seemed like the right choice: it’s very quiet (DC motor), has all the essential functions and isn’t particularly ugly. I was keen to buy it from a Swiss mail-order company like Galaxus: it’s actually available there. Price: 172 CHF. A quick comparison online shows that the identical model costs just 91 euros, including delivery, from a mail-order company whose name I won’t mention here and whose sycophantic closeness to Donald Trump I find repulsive. Given this price difference, it’s hard to opt for the more likeable Swiss mail-order company...

    Why can't we rate buyers when selling used?

    Pretty much the Title... I have sold multiple items on Galaxus with no issue but it's just really annoying that some buyers either don't confirm receipt at all (so it happens automatically after their time runs out) or they themself wait until the last moment possible. This is just annoying as hell as i always ship the Products the same day as they made the purchase. At least Galaxus changed the Time the buyers get to confirm receipt from what was like a month to now "only" 7 days. Plase Galaxus, either give us the chance to also rate those buyers or change the time frame to max. 48 Hours... Sorry for the rant but this just pisses me off.

    Looking for a second-hand AMD graphics card (Aarau area / postage available) – the PC as an important refuge

    Hello everyone, I’m reaching out to the Community today with a request. I live in the Aarau area, my family and I rely on social security, and I suffer from severe social anxiety. My PC is, for me, the most important sanctuary of all and helps me maintain a daily routine. Unfortunately, after seven years of loyal service, the fan on my RTX 2070 gave up the ghost yesterday (ball bearing failure, 0 RPM). The card overheats immediately. As buying a new one is completely out of the question financially, I wanted to ask if anyone here has perhaps upgraded their system and has a working graphics card gathering dust in the loft or a drawer. As I’d like to switch to AMD (as if the value for money were better and there were more graphics memory bytes for future games), a card from the Radeon RX 6700 XT series (or similar with 12GB+ VRAM) would be a dream come true. Space in the case isn’t a problem; I have a large ATX case. Important for me: due to my mental health condition, I’m unfortunately unable to arrange a face-to-face meeting to collect the card. However, I’d of course be more than happy to cover the postage in advance via Twint, so that you can simply send the card to me by post.     Deleted product ratings!

    Hi, I’ve just realised: my product ratings have been deleted! I’ve been asked to review some of them again. What’s the point? Take FiiO headphones, for example, or lots of books, etc. All my reviews were 5-star, so no complaints. Well, why should I bother any more? So I won’t be writing any more reviews. And I probably won’t be ordering anything else either.

    Are more and more dropshipping products being sold on Galaxus?!

    I recently bought a jukebox for around CHF 120 and was rather disappointed when it arrived. The product was significantly smaller than the pictures suggested, very cheaply made and surprisingly light. The voice prompts also had a very strong Chinese accent. After doing some research, I discovered that the exact same product, including packaging, is available on AliExpress for around CHF 14–16. I am aware that Galaxus works with marketplace partners. Nevertheless, I wonder how thoroughly such products are checked and whether other customers have had similar experiences with products that appear to be dropshipped.

    Advanced search must go again!

    For some time now, I have been getting "extended results" when searching. In other words, lots of completely irrelevant products, especially if I enter the exact product name of a particular product. And tragically, the desired product was often missing completely and I had to search for it via the product menu with categories and filters. If I don't need any "recommendations", I don't want to receive any. Until recently, the search was only expanded if unspecific search terms were entered or no products matching the term were found. Is this also the case for others? Is it technically not possible to switch this off?

    Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable.
