Prompt dispatch? Nope, mail doesn't work properly either

I placed an order on Thu at 12.30 and specifically opted out of evening delivery as I wasn't at home. I was told that the post office would be selected and that SA delivery was also possible. The parcel was only registered for dispatch at 8.30pm in the evening. And you guessed it, of course it wasn't there on Friday. Not even today, Saturday. The postman brought a Galaxus parcel for the neighbour, but not for me. I really have to wait until Monday. It would be very urgent! Now I've finally managed to avoid the unspeakable Planzer parcel service, but I can no longer rely on Auswahl Post to send my parcel immediately!

Delays, every time...

What just annoys me now is that if a product says "delivered tomorrow" it damn well will NOT be delivered tomorrow and you have to deal with delays (especially over the weekend, ordered on Friday, received on Monday). Digitec: This has something to do with RELIABILITY. If you can't make it on time, then don't write down dates that you can't keep either way. That was my rage. Thanks for reading.

Memory expansion 1000 GB, the two colour versions say nothing again... Does that mean that not only the colour is different? Lately I always get delivered by planzer and the option to have it delivered by post has disappeared. The thing that doesn't suit me is that planzer has always been late and I want to find out if I can have it delivered by post? Can any of you help me?

Fake e-mail?

I ordered an appliance and 1 accessory from Digitec on 11/06/2025. Digitec has confirmed the order and payment 354.70. Today, 12.06.2025 at 20:08 I receive a message with the sender service@planzer.ch. Your parcel could not be delivered - (I was at home all day!). The exact address of Digitec and also my address are listed exactly on the mail. The Digitec consignment number and the Planzer consignment number are different! Your parcel could not be delivered (I was at home all day!). There is a red box at the bottom of the mail saying: "DELIVERY CONTROL". The field is a bit blurred, so I didn't click on it as I suspect it's a fake e-mail. But I wonder why my real address is there? Planzer has already delivered several parcels to my address - what is the reason for the undeliverability?

UPS is a disaster

Hello, I ordered a hard drive, as I am rarely at home UPS delivery to myflexbox, which also took place. Notification of delivery from UPS by SMS and email - but no QR pick-up code. Myflexbox wants a QR code - you can only get this via the UPS call centre. Call centre means 20 minutes on the voice computer and then on hold. So - all other parcel services (DHL, GLS, DPD, Hermes) are unproblematic - I won't order anything else as long as it is shipped with UPS.

Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable. We don't have Wi-Fi in the kitchen, but we do have a LAN connection. I would like to connect an iPhone 8 (Lightning or USBC with???) and an iPhone 15 (USBC) to it. Still charge both (PD) What is the best solution for this? Sometimes I also have a Macbook there (for recipes). I don't want to set up wifi there. What is the alternative?
