In the last few months, my orders have often only been delivered after a few days, although the shop advertised delivery the following day. A very recent example: I ordered two smaller products at around 11:00am, both of which were in stock and both showed "delivery tomorrow". I selected the post office as my preferred delivery agent and did NOT select "slow delivery". The order still said "Delivery tomorrow". On the following day, although my order said "Delivery today", it also said "0 of 2 dispatched" and none of the products had been handed over to the post office yet, i.e. it was clear that the products would not be delivered that day. The order then arrived 2 days late. In the meantime, if I really want to have the delivery guaranteed the next day, I have to have it delivered to a store and go and collect it. I realise that Digitec apparently has a high volume of orders at the moment and that there may therefore be delays in delivery. But why isn't it written in the store that the delivery may not arrive for a few days? Why do they still advertise next-day delivery if this is no longer true in most cases anyway? Have you had similar experiences with delivery times? What do you think?

For some time now, Digitec has been randomly using PLANZER as a delivery carrier. Unfortunately this carrier is unreliable, arrives late and often cannot find the house (once I had to stand in the street and point it out). I complained to support and was told that it is not possible for the customer to decide the carrier. Incidentally, one of the reasons I used to order from Digitec was that you order by 4pm and receive the following morning, which is no longer true. You order today and if it goes well you receive the day after tomorrow. So if things don't change, I think I will turn to other shops like Brack (which uses the post) for my next orders and Digitec will remain as a last resort. Regards Stephen

Hello, I ordered a new TV on Tuesday afternoon and it was supposed to be delivered the next day by Planzer, at least that's what they promised. Later that afternoon on Wednesday, Planzer left another parcel from a different supplier on my doorstep without making itself known in any way, someone was definitely at home at the time. On Wednesday evening 21 September I receive an email from Planzer saying "Your parcel could not be delivered" and no further information. In response to my enquiry on Thursday, I receive "4 December 2025, 15:24 Renewed delivery triggered" Expected delivery 5.12. It is now Friday 5 December at 4.35 pm and there is still no parcel in sight. However, shortly before midday today a Planzer delivery van was on the road in our neighbourhood but didn't stop at our house and didn't deliver anything. I'm beginning to think it's more likely to be Christchind than a delivery today. Are these problems normal?

I would therefore like to understand how it is possible that the delivery could not be made and why I supposedly could not be reached. The top criterion for safety is the diameter of the wheels. 10" is simply not enough for me. (There was a serious accident in the neighbourhood because of this.) Why can't this criterion be specified in the search?

Is it just me or has the quality of the packaging at Digitec / Galaxus declined massively? I have been ordering from Digitec / Galaxus for a long time and the following three points have always convinced me: - Service / Support - webshop - Delivery While the first two points still apply to me, this is no longer the case at all with delivery. This statement does not refer to just one order, but to my last 6 orders, each of which was processed directly via Digitec / Galaxus and also delivered in the Digitec / Galaxus box. All these orders were delivered in boxes that were far too large and without any packaging material. As a result, all the product packaging and the carton itself showed scratches, dents and other deformations. Last example yesterday: Several hundred francs of PC components were sent loose in a much too large package together with a 1L bottle of coolant. This really provokes that the 1kg bottle damages any components in the package. The package was also taped at such an angle that the lid of the box was half open on one side. I like the idea of using less packaging material, but not to the extent that it cannot be guaranteed that the products will arrive without damage. Of these orders, one product was delivered damaged (which was replaced by support without any problems) and otherwise the damage was only to the product packaging. Have others also had this experience or am I on a packaging bad streak?

Prices have risen four to fivefold in the last 3 months in some cases. Crazy situation ... Thanks to the AI hype at this point. I'm also curious to see how this will affect notebook and similar prices. prices... and hope that the situation will calm down again in 2 years (when at least the current contracts with the RAM manufacturers expire) 😅 Or who knows - maybe one or two AI companies will go bankrupt. What do you think?

In view of the 3G switch-off (Sunrise 10.6.25, Swisscom end of 25), not only 4G (=data), but also VoLTE (telephoning via LTE) should be selectable for mobile phones in the filter for mobile standard. You cannot make calls with 4G without VoLTE, and some mobiles can only transmit data via 4G!

Hello all I am looking for a remote control car for our 6 year old son, some kind of moster truck/off-road thing. We live in the countryside and it should be as robust as possible. Spare parts should be available and the speed should be adjustable (so he doesn't drive it into the nearest wall). Splash-proof would be good and the battery should not run out after 20 minutes. Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable. Hello, I've noticed that a lot of people are buying a Mac mini for OpenClaw, and I honestly don't quite understand why. I'm currently running OpenClaw on a Raspberry Pi 5 with 8 GB RAM and using API keys. This basically works, but what really bothers me are the running costs. At the same time, I can hardly imagine that a Mac mini offers enough power for AI applications - at least compared to classic desktop setups. So I ask myself: Why do so many opt for a Mac mini to run OpenClaw?
