The 2-year manufacturer's guarantee does not apply to Philips Hue and Osram LED light sources. Brack, Migros, Jumbo and other retailers accept the guarantee. Digitec/Galaxus and MediaMarkt do not cover the manufacturer's warranty. The reason for this is understandable. Therefore, always check the product's warranty. Digitec sometimes shortens the manufacturer's guarantee. For example, PC power supplies usually have a 10-year warranty, but Digitec only grants a 2-year warranty or simply shortens it, which is not correct. In my opinion, Digitec/Galaxus should check the manufacturer's guarantees again, as not all of them are covered by the manufacturer's guarantee, which is disadvantageous for the customer.

Like many others here, I am interested in the Salt Fiber offer - mainly because of the alleged speed. Now the whole thing seems a bit too good to be true. Are there any people here who already have Salt Fiber and would like to share their experiences? Can the promised speed actually be achieved? What hardware do you use (PCI cards etc.)?

You have the money. A thermin is always specified that is not honoured. I am dependent on the order.

Hello all I am looking for a dual sim smartphone that allows you to expand the memory with an SD card without giving up the second SIM. Which dual sim smartphones have a separate SD card slot (NOT hybrid)? Unfortunately, this search query cannot be made via Digitec. Many thanks and best regards

I have a new PC and would like to install MS Office ESD on it. I don't have a mail PGM yet as I want to use Outlook. I have read that you get the product key and the link as an email. But that's exactly what I don't have yet.

For several weeks now, it has no longer been possible for you (and other retailers such as Brack and CeDe, as well as SBB) to make online payments on the computer using a Postfinance card. You receive an error message that this transaction is not accepted, with the telephone number of Postfinance, where you should get help. Postfinance, however, says it has nothing to do with it, it cannot even see that a payment attempt has been made with the card. It is up to the merchant to solve this problem. My card works perfectly when I make "live" purchases at vending machines or in shops. Wouldn't it be time to solve this problem as well? This could be because Postfinance Cards are now debit cards and no longer Postcards, so you would have to enter different codes, such as the top code on the back of the card and not the bottom 8 digits of the card number and the front, as previously required.

After 100m2 of cleaning, the water collection tank is always full. Who knows this problem? What should I do?

Hello, this battery is temporarily unavailable on your site. Will it be available again?

I want to be able to connect my Canon (SLR) digital camera to a TV so that I can view the pictures on it or show them to other people. However, my current cable is causing problems in this respect - perhaps due to a loose connection, see my review of the cable. https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/hama-hdmi-typ-a-mini-hdmi-typ-c-150-m-hdmi-14-video-kabel-6611803. Can anyone recommend a better cable that should keep the connection stable? Or could an adapter be suitable in combination with the cable recommended in the following question? https://www.digitec.ch/de... Note: I don't actually want to spend so much money on a cable and, unlike the person asking the question, a 2-3 metre long cable is enough for me. In addition, the question would then be whether this works with every adapter or whether I would have to choose the "right" one.

So if I see an offer and then buy it and add it to cart, then click on pay, and then the price in the cart changes, that's cheeky. The product is added to cart because I want to pay for it. The price should be locked there according to the dynamic procedure. 199 then 203 when paying, which is customer-unfriendly, I want these 4 Fr. as GU. And I'll report it to Kassensturz. Because legally it is not a verb. Offer. That means you can adjust prices, but if I "want to pay in the payment process and it becomes more expensive", that's unfair enrichment for me. I mean, if I pay for a flight ticket and it costs 200, I can't be told that we'll add another 20. That's not price roulette. Then it's not prices but price flags that change the sum depending on your mood and direction.

Hey, does anyone have any tips for wide tyres that are thick enough not to get stuck in tram rails? And is it even possible to fit such tyres on normal wheels/rims?

I ordered a graphics card on 30 November. It should have been delivered to me on 2 December. However, DHL informed me that the parcel had been damaged in transit and needed to be repacked. On 3 December, DHL apparently realised that the contents were also damaged and informed the sender (Galaxus). As of today, 7 Dec, I have no further information about my order. Neither from DHL nor from Galaxus. I don't know whether the goods have been sent back and a replacement might be sent, or whether they are lying around somewhere at DHL. Has anyone had the same experience and can tell me how this will work?

The K2 PRO, which is the smaller brother of the K2 Plus with a 300 print bed, is currently being released. Are there already plans or a date when it will be available from you?

It would be great if I could sort by price per blade or piece instead of just by total price. That's what I'm actually interested in.

Hello everyone. I would like to set up Sonos in our home. I don't have a Sonos product yet. What would you recommend for a device? Children's room / bedroom and in the living area. Is there a good starter set? Can you operate several accounts at the same time? (children's room/living room)? Thank you very much for your help. Greetings Schwingiii

Hello, I have just checked how far you have got with my order, which I placed 2-3 weeks ago, and I see a tick next to: slower delivery allowed. But I know for a fact that I didn't tick this box because I wanted to receive the order as quickly as possible. I find this quite impertinent. If I had known that I would have to wait 1-1.5 months for my order, I wouldn't have placed it in the first place. I don't want to cancel it now after this loooong wait either. A really successful stall.

@Galaxus. Why you are offering countless Schuko energy consumption meters in Switzerland is beyond me. But if you do, then please include a filter for CH or Schuko. Side note: For most of the products shown, there are not even adapter plugs that fit!

In the last few months, my orders have often only been delivered after a few days, although the shop advertised delivery the following day. A very recent example: I ordered two smaller products at around 11:00am, both of which were in stock and both showed "delivery tomorrow". I selected the post office as my preferred delivery agent and did NOT select "slow delivery". The order still said "Delivery tomorrow". On the following day, although my order said "Delivery today", it also said "0 of 2 dispatched" and none of the products had been handed over to the post office yet, i.e. it was clear that the products would not be delivered that day. The order then arrived 2 days late. In the meantime, if I really want to have the delivery guaranteed the next day, I have to have it delivered to a store and go and collect it. I realise that Digitec apparently has a high volume of orders at the moment and that there may therefore be delays in delivery. But why isn't it written in the store that the delivery may not arrive for a few days? Why do they still advertise next-day delivery if this is no longer true in most cases anyway? Have you had similar experiences with delivery times? What do you think?

Why Devolo components are still being sold is questionable. According to the letter, Devolo will discontinue its platform on 31 December 2025. After this date, the components will no longer be controllable. Also very tricky from a legal point of view. Let's see how retailers like Galaxus behave.

It seems that more and more manufacturers are leaving out the lower frequency ranges because people apparently can't hear them. But I experience the differences as big and I miss the depth of the music that comes out at about 22 Hz (like with my Philips TX1 in-ear) It would be great if there could be a filter with the frequency information for audio. I would also be very interested in your tips regarding USB-C to 3.5 Jack adapter, as I am dissatisfied with my Onit (lower frequency range 100 Hz).

You ask a question to customer service and after a relatively short time you get a very polite answer from a customer advisor. If you want to reply to the answer by e-mail, perhaps to find out more details, you get a generated reply asking you to use the Digitec assistant and the whole procedure starts all over again.Sorry, but what kind of stupid system is this if you can't reply directly to the customer advisor by e-mail.I've never experienced anything like it anywhere else.

Hello, I'm looking for an adapter to mount a GoPro Hero13 on the optics of my telescope. Is there a dedicated accessory?

Digitec can't deliver part of my order and the delivery date is constantly delayed. Can happen. What should not happen, however, is that reminders are then sent. I reported this to Digitec and was assured that they would take me out of the reminder process. Instead, I get another reminder today, this time even with the threat of calling in a debt collection agency. I don't have to understand why digitec would rather scare away customers than set up clean dunning processes that take partial deliveries into account. If you don't get your dunning process right, you'll have problems in other places too. You only have to look at the community (returns, etc.). Since the takeover by MIGROS, things have gone wrong here. I will definitely have to rethink my orders at digitec. What do I get out of free shipping if I then have to spend a few hours on such a shambles?

I have an idea for a filter search for smartphones. I am looking for a foldable smartphone that is fully functional on the small display. Unfortunately, the search for foldable smartphones is very cumbersome as there is no filter function.
