The batteries required are 4 ordinary 1.5V alkaline batteries (AAA). charging via USB is not possible. Of course, you can also use rechargeable batteries. For example, the following product (charger incl. batteries): Panasonic Eneloop Basic Charger incl. 1x4 AAA Micro batteries (battery + charger, AAA, 750mAh, 4pcs.)

Currently, synchronisation with the following standards is supported (according to the manufacturer): WLAN 802.11 b/g/n, compatible with WEP/WPA/WPA2 networks Bluetooth connection (Bluetooth Smart Ready). Firmware updates are possible via app. The current version is from 2018. The connection with the WLAN works very reliably for me. Best regards

I haven't so far. For me, it has always taken a while for the measurement of the body composition to be completed (typically until the display changes from weight to the other information). How long do you stay on it?
