Nouba Write and Blend Creamy Shadow Liner No. 53 is a highly pigmented, creamy shadow liner in a waterproof formulation that lasts extra long. It can also be used as an eyeshadow. The intense color payoff comes from highly concentrated micronized pigments. Special gel formulas provide flexible hold and prevent flaking. The acacia oil in Nouba Write & Blend is soothing, while vitamins E and C have anti-aging effects. Film-forming resins ensure the waterproof formulation. Application: Apply Nouba Write and Blend along the lash line to contour the eyes.
