Nouba Write and Blend is a highly pigmented, creamy shadow liner with a waterproof formulation that lasts exceptionally long. It can also be used as an eyeshadow. The intense color payoff is achieved through highly concentrated, micronized pigments. Special gel formulas provide flexible hold and prevent flaking. The acacia oil in Nouba Write & Blend is soothing, while vitamins E and C offer anti-aging benefits. Film-forming resins ensure the waterproof formulation.

Application: Apply Nouba Write and Blend along the lash line to contour the eyes.
