The hot/cold compresses can be reused indefinitely. They remain soft even at temperatures below -20°C and can be flexibly bent in any direction. All MoVeS® hot/cold compresses can be heated in the microwave or on the stovetop, or cooled in the freezer. They maintain the temperature for approximately 30 minutes.
