I bought the Tonies Box Anthracite July 2023 at Migros and have only just installed it (daughter's 2nd birthday). The box does not charge the battery, even after 7 hours on the charging station. The box switches off immediately when removed. Replaced at Migros and the new one has exactly the same problem. Even if the box is moved slightly back and forth, it switches off as if it were a loose contact. The charging tone never sounds because the box always restarts, only the start tone sounds. Is this a known problem, is there a possible solution? The serial number starts with 2213G... My older daughter's box with 21... So possibly year 2021 and 2022. Of course, if it has been in the shop for 2 years, the battery could be deeply discharged. Do current boxes purchased from Galaxus start with 23 or even 24?
