If you have the Phantom, you should probably ask your question here Dji Phantom 4. There are quite a few spare parts for the Phantom (4), but not (yet) for the Mavic Pro.

In the DJI Go app, you can switch off "Cache Locally when Recording" under "General Settings".

It's hard to answer if you don't have the problem yourself. So it's not normal - I have the films/photos on the mobile phone and on the memory card! Has it always been like this for you?
