Question about DJI Mavic Pro

I have the photos and videos on the tablet, but the SD card on the Mavic Pro always remains empty, the Mavic apparently does not save to the card. I turned off caching during recording, but it didn't work. What else could be causing this?

It's hard to answer if you don't have the problem yourself. So it's not normal - I have the films/photos on the mobile phone and on the memory card! Has it always been like this for you?
