tesa® 4590 is a universal, unidirectional filament tape. It consists of a polyester film coated with fiberglass and a synthetic rubber adhesive system. tesa® 4590 is characterized by high tensile strength and strong adhesion on various surfaces. The tape is resistant to minor damages (e.g., cuts) and thus offers strong tear resistance.
