High-quality stainless steel construction suitable for use in ovens and high-temperature pizza ovens. Robust, ergonomically shaped DuraGrab handles made of cast stainless steel. Can also be used in domestic ovens and on hobs (except induction hobs). Includes high-quality white oak carving board. Tilted design with integrated drainage channels to collect the juices from the roasting pan. Removable silicone plug to allow the juices to drain away. Reversible stainless steel grill rack.
