Product details
As a rule, white alpine or alpine white was installed in sanitary appliances in Switzerland. Only in rare cases is the colour pure white used.
The colour pure white is lighter than alpine white. If white alpine appliances are repaired with pure white, the area is technically repaired correctly, but the repaired area is lighter in colour than the rest of the article. Unfortunately, sanitary colours are not standardised like RAL or Pantone colours, for example. Cramer products try to achieve the widest possible match of sanitaryware colours based on the original templates of leading manufacturers. If a bath is no more than 15 years old, the colour 080 White Alpine (greyish white, almost light grey) is usually the right one. Older bathtubs are often much whiter. The colour 002 pure white is best suited here. A little tip: Place a sheet of white paper in the bath. If the tub colour now appears much darker (greyer), you have a white alpine tub. Alpine white has a market share of approximately 90% of white colours.
