Scotch Tape 8959 is a standard filament tape made from a biaxially oriented ScotchPro polypropylene film (BOPP) and a solvent-free synthetic rubber adhesive. It features fiberglass reinforcement in both the longitudinal and transverse directions. This extremely strong tape is suitable for demanding applications. The high-performance tape, specifically designed for packaging, combines a polypropylene backing reinforced with cross-laid fiberglass with a synthetic rubber resin adhesive.
