The Dynair Ball Cushion XL, manufactured in Germany, is a dynamic, air-filled training device. One side features round, soft Senso nubs, while the other side has a velvety, smooth surface. It is considered a simple and space-saving alternative to a large ball and serves as a foundation for back and conditioning training while sitting, standing, and lying down. The product is latex-free and is produced on the premises of TOGU in Prien am Chiemsee, the inventor of the ball cushion. What are the benefits?

A strong, healthy back and a stable core. The back is effectively and gently relieved and trained laterally.
