The new XT 1x12 crankset features Dynamic Chain Engagement + technology, which ensures that the specially manufactured tooth profile provides optimal chain retention on the upper part of the chainring in rough terrain, while allowing the chain to disengage smoothly from the chainring below. This guarantees efficiency, smooth operation, and low noise levels of the drivetrain. For quick and secure installation of the chainrings, the cranks are equipped with a Direct-Mount system that allows for rapid chainring changes.
