The differences are that with the EU models, the manual is often not in DE, updates come late, excluded from promotions, operating system can have a different language at the beginning, Samsung Pay is not possible, NFC payments do not work, VOiP and Wifi Calling do not work.

You can just use the app Compass. When you are in the app, you see the compass, and then you can just swipe up and there you see the altitude metres and also other things.

Yes, this is the 4G version. Regarding the price of the black model, we will be happy to check this briefly.
The differences are that with the EU models, the manual is often not in DE, updates are delayed, excluded from promotions, the operating system may have a different language at the beginning, Samsung Pay is not possible, NFC payments do not work, VOiP and Wifi Calling do not work. Therefore, it is better to switch to a Classic model if these functions are desired.

The delay is mentioned on the website :) And it depends on your payment method.
The watch has both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. What it does not have is an e-SIM. It therefore has no LTE (own mobile phone network) only in connection with a smartphone in the vicinity.
Unfortunately, this function is not possible for EU devices. You would have to buy a Watch that is intended for the Swiss market.

Due to different purchasing conditions and suppliers, such price differences can arise. In order to be able to offer the best possible availability, we also use the EU models. Technically, there is no difference between the models. However, Samsung Pay only works on the CH models.
According to my research, this is the same product, but this offer is an EU import from a different supplier:
Samsung Galaxy Watch4 EU version (46mm, stainless steel, 4G)
However, I could not find any significant differences, so I would just go for the cheaper offer 👍
