What is the difference between this version and the classic 46mm 4g? and why more expensive?

According to my research, this is the same product, but this offer is an EU import from a different supplier:
Samsung Galaxy Watch4 EU version (46mm, stainless steel, 4G)
However, I could not find any significant differences, so I would just go for the cheaper offer đź‘Ť
