Silargan is functional ceramic with nickel-free surfaces. Silargan pots are suitable for all types of stoves, including induction. They feature a base with a continuous steel core for quick heat conduction and optimal heat retention, promoting energy-efficient cooking. The pots include an automatic steam release, a safety device for residual pressure, a safety connection, an overpressure safety device, and a locking mechanism. There are three fixed cooking levels (gentle, fast, steaming) and one-handed control of the cooking levels.
