They feature a base with a continuous steel core for quick heat conduction and optimal heat retention, promoting energy-saving cooking. The pots are equipped with automatic steam release, a safety valve for residual pressure, a safety connection, an overpressure safety device, and a locking mechanism. There are three fixed cooking levels (gentle, fast, steaming) and one-handed control of the cooking levels.
