For heavy stains, we recommend pre-treating with gall soap or a stain spray. To ensure that the filling of the Doctor Bark Lounge Cushion regains its full volume after washing, please use washing balls or regular tennis balls. This works wonders. Select the basic setting "gentle cycle" with a maximum spin speed of 800 RPM and a temperature of no more than 60 degrees. Please do not use fabric softener.
