I doubt that it would hold. The brackets do have holes to fix the roller with screws, but the "opening" to take the roller blind out of the bracket would be at the bottom when it is mounted on the ceiling. I would say that when you lower the roller blind, it would fall out at some point. The thing is not so well clicked into the brackets.
