Geometrically shaped bowl made of stainless steel from the La Stanza dello Scirocco series by designer Mario Trimarchi for Alessi.

A functional design object: This stainless steel bowl combines art with utility. For the geometric design, designer Mario Trimarchi drew inspiration from the Stanza dello Scirocco – a magical room in the country houses of Sicily. People retreat here to escape the sultriness and the dreaded Scirocco wind. The extravagant shape of the bowl consists of rectangular plates of varying sizes, connected in a seemingly fragile construction. Use the bowl for fruit, bread, or as a decorative design piece.
