POSCA PC-3ML - The POSCA marker is a watercolor marker for unlimited use on all surfaces. Its acrylic-like formula is opaque and covers well, drying quickly. The color is water-based and therefore odorless. POSCA adheres permanently to porous surfaces, can be wiped off smooth surfaces, and does not bleed through paper.
