Ponal Wood Glue Classic - for crafting and for assembly, surface, and joint bonding

This craft and wood glue impresses with its high bonding strength and is ready to use. It is perfect for crafting, bonding wood joints, or for assembly bonding (dowels, grooves, tongues, slots, and tenons), as the wood adhesive is solvent-free and non-discoloring. Additionally, the glue is suitable for joint bonding (solid wood edge banding) and surface bonding (laminated boards, hardboard, veneer edges, etc.). For clean and precise bonding, the glue bottle features a resealable tip that allows for accurate dosing for tidy work. Wood glue that may seep out during the joining of surfaces can be easily removed with water, leaving no unsightly residues visible. Thanks to its transparent color, the adhesive is ideal for inconspicuous bonding of wood. After approximately 12 hours, Ponal wood glue reaches its final strength.

Application:

1. First, ensure that the surfaces to be bonded are accurately fitted, grease-free, residue-free, and clean.

2. Apply the glue thinly on one side using a glue comb or glue roller. For hardwood or end grain, apply on both sides. Avoid contact with iron-containing tools when applying the glue. Depending on room temperature, air and wood moisture, as well as the amount of glue applied, the open time is a maximum of 12 minutes at 20°.

3. Join the surfaces while the wood glue is still wet.
