Intense, striking works are created with the fluorescent neon colors that glow both in daylight and under UV light. Particularly elegant designs are achieved with the matte metallic shimmering metallic colors. All colors are water-soluble, mixable, and blendable when wet. Once dry, the colors are waterproof and can be painted over.
