Neocolor II - Watercolor - Wax Crayon - Single Color

Usage: Various applications - dry and wet drawing, rainbow technique, stenciling, monotype, impregnation, watercoloring, flat drawing, washing, and glazing.

Water-soluble wax pastels with a soft and velvety texture, non-powdery. Very high pigment concentration, excellent opacity, vibrant colors, outstanding lightfastness. Compliant with CE EN71 and ASTM D4236. Developed and manufactured in Switzerland.
