Unfortunately, I'm not that familiar with the generations, but I would think that everything since the Surface pro 5 is the 4th generation.
The colours ice blue and poppy red are definitely the new colours that were only introduced this autumn.
I already have the same pen and had to wait until the release day of the Surface pro 7, so I'm pretty sure 😉
